What is PayPal and How do I use it?
PayPal are
a USA based subsidiary of eBay accepted by millions of eBay and other sellers!
It is FREE, Fast, Easy and Secure. We never see your credit card details.
To make a purchase just click on one of the "Add to Cart"
button for the product you require. You can then click the "View Cart" button
to see your complete list of purchases . You may then remove any items you have
changed you mind about and make payment.
I do not have a PayPal Account. Do I need one?
No. After Clicking the or "View Cart" buttons you will be taken to a secure
PayPal login page, where:
- You enter your Name and delivery address.
- You are prompted for your credit card, email address, and phone number.
- (Optional) After reviewing your information, you may choose to save your
information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster.
I don't have a credit card, can I pay by Cheque or Direct credit?

How long do I have to wait after placing my order before I
receive my goods?
We attempt to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, but usually the same
day. The arrival time will depend on the shipping destination. See
Shipping below.

Out of Stock Items and Incomplete Orders
Your web site listed an item, but after I ordered it, you said it
was out of stock.
It is possible for us to sell out of an item between the time the site was last
updated and the time we fill your order. This is occasionally true for very
popular items.
If an item is out of stock, will you send it later?
We will contact you to give you the option of a replacement item or to a place a
"backorder", where we will get items that are out of stock when your order
is placed. Alternatively we can provide a refund for the unavailable parts or a fully refund
your order if you prefer.
What if I need all of my order sent together, or not sent at all
if you don't have part of it?
Please tell us this in the "Special Instructions" section of the order form or
send us an eMail with your instructions.
If you send items later, do I have to pay more for shipping and
handling?
No. You will never be charged more than the shipping and handling fee would have
been if all of the items were sent together.

I'm nervous about sending my credit card information over the
Internet. Is it safe?
Yes. PayPal encrypt all transactions. It is as safe as using your
credit card to buy petrol.
I understand this, but I'm still somewhat concerned.
Most credit card agreements protect the cardholder if the card is lost or stolen
or abused without your authorisation. Check your agreement, and you will
probably find that yours does, too.
If I wish to pay by cheque, how do you handle it?
When we receive the order with your cheque, we will fill your order and pack it
ready for shipping to you. If the check is for over $100, we may not actually
ship the order until your check clears the bank. In any case, though, the items
you have ordered are set aside for you.
Can you invoice me?
Yes, depending on the amount and your location. Please

Can I pay by Direct Credit, International Telegraphic Transfer, Internet
banking or Phone banking?
Yes. Please use our Order Form above or Contact us and we will supply our
account details.
What about Phone Orders?
Phone orders are fine. We accept Visa or MasterCard by phone. Please have your
card handy.

What service do you use to ship orders?
We use international economy Air-Mail unless specifically requested otherwise.
Faster services are available but these increase the price. Should you need
faster or urgent express delivery please enquire and we will provide a quote to
you.
Where can you send my order?
We will ship to anywhere in the world. Additional shipping charges may apply.
You are liable for any local taxes or customs charges and must comply with all
local legal requirements however.
What are your shipping charges?
As we are based in New Zealand, our International
shipping charges are fixed based on the total value of your order.

Do you guarantee the products you sell?
Absolutely... If you are not completely satisfied with a product you buy from
us, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the products price, postage
& packing are not refundable. Products damaged by misuse will not be refunded.
