Sales, Shipping and Returns (Retail)

Items in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of your order, wherever possible, unless indicated otherwise.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars except where specifically listed otherwise. Orders via PayPal are charged in US Dollars.

Deliveries outside New Zealand
Goods are usually sent by air mail unless requested otherwise, this can take 10 days or more. Express courier options are available but are expensive.

All sales are charged in US Dollars or if via PayPal, US Dollars, while we will expect some variation in the exchange rate prevailing at the time the order is placed, we reserve the right to withhold supply should this vary significantly from your payment. Also should the cost of shipping to destinations outside New Zealand vary significantly beyond the listed price we will contact you to let you know and make arrangements for payment of these variations. Import duties and taxes you may be liable for are not included in the purchase price and are your responsibility, if imposed by the country in which you take delivery of your purchase.

Your order status
In the unlikely event of a unit being not in stock, we will let you know - and advise you when you can expect delivery, or refund you in full.

Returns and refunds
You can return any faulty or damaged goods within a week of receipt and we will replace them, subject to the following conditions. Goods must have been used for their intended purpose and not mistreated. If a replacement cannot be made, we will fully refund your payment. The cost of return freight for the goods is your responsibility.

Consumer Guarantees Act
ALLWAZE Designs complies with all obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.

Canceling your order
You can cancel your order prior to it being dispatched by emailing us at Orders@allwaze.com quoting your order number and reason for cancellation.
